Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced License Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents.
License Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Duties
- Administers and records medications and treatments.
- Prepares for and assists physician and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Observes and report patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid LPN license in the state of PA.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
