Responsibilities:
Supervise Staff Accountants and Project Accountants including answering their technical questions and quality control of their work
Serve as a steadfast advocate for small business success by cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients - small business owners.
Ensure prompt delivery of services and associated work products.
Prepare income tax returns for both businesses and individuals.
Proactively and effectively communicate with clients.
Address fundamental tax and accounting inquiries pertinent to small businesses.
Keep track of and convey clients' personal tax responsibilities.
Implement monthly accounting and tax services for newly onboarded
Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of services rendered including ensuring that fees are properly determined, billed, and collected.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-5year experience in a CPA firm working with small business
Minimum of 2-5 years experience with QuickBooks and MS Office
Minimum of 2-5 years Experience with compilation engagements
Minimum of 2-5 years Experience with tax return prep for S Corps and individuals
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading by example
Experience with Creative Solutions software (UltraTax, etc.) is a huge plus
Desire to learn and continuously grow your professional skills
Willingness to adhere to the company's policy and procedures
