Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. The Picker Packer will be responsible for selecting and packing products accurately and efficiently to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service and quality our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Packing: Carefully pack products into boxes, ensuring items are protected and secure for shipping.
- Labeling: Print and affix shipping labels to packages, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify product codes and quantities against order lists.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and keep track of inventory levels.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily shipping targets and operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
