We are looking for an Application Functional Lead (Senior Oracle Payroll Analyst)! The resource provides technical services to analyze, design and deliver clinical/business solutions while lending expertise to activities related to answering technical consulting questions, individually or as part of a team. Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes and procedures of enterprise applications.

In this position, you will manage and administer Oracle ERP Cloud technology including configuration, testing, debugging and identifying system enhancements.
Provides support for Oracle ERP production systems by facilitating release management and maintaining an effective information systems network of users and managing the production activities of the system including education, training, and utilization.
Provides support to resolve issues that may impact user or system experience and updates and maintains support documentation.
Recommends modifications to application design or current procedures to maximize advantages of existing resources and continued evolution of Oracle applications and reporting.

Education
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree computer science or information technology preferred
Experience
- 8 years application design and implementation required
- management or project leadership preferred
Experience offset:
A bachelor's degree will substitute for 4 years of experience.
Strongly prefer a resource with Oracle ERP Payroll module or Oracle Benefits module. But open to consider someone with strong Oracle ERP experience.
