NTT DATA Services currently looking for Medical Office Front End candidates to join our team for a 10 month contract role in Monroeville, PA. This role is fully onsite, no remote work available.

Role Responsibilities

-Responsible for ensuring the timely submission of pharmacy benefit claims.

-Communicate with varies different payers and insurance processors to resolve accounts receivable claims for reimbursement.

Required Skills/Experience

* 1 years experience performing healthcare reimbursement, pharmacy insurance/billing or related work.

*1 years experience working with healthcare reimbursement systems.

* 1 years working knowledge of medical terminology.

*1 years high volume customer service skills, handling 50 calls her day

* 1 years working experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Other skills

* Ability to prioritize daily tasks

*Ability to work in a team environment.
