Fusion HCR is hiring! Business Analyst – E-commerce/Digital Experience. Candidates must be based in Las Vegas and open to being onsite 1-2 days per week. This is a contract to hire opportunity! Join one of the leading casino and hospitality companies in the heart of Las Vegas. We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in E-Commerce Digital Experience to join our dynamic team.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital products and booking engine integrations.
Write comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs), business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories to effectively communicate project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Assist in the development and maintenance of internal customer decks and presentations.
Manage and prioritize project backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and digital experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience (3 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in a booking engine integration or digital experience environment.
Strong understanding of marketing technology tools, digital platforms, and content management systems.
Demonstrated experience in writing product requirement documents, business requirement documents, and user stories.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Hospitality industry experience is highly desired.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
