If you enjoy selling “Best in Class” products you should consider selling world famous La-Z- Boy furniture at the La-Z-Boy store. 

You’ll help customers choose the right recliner or reclining sofa. We show hundreds of models in our showroom with plenty of back stock for immediate availability. You’ll also help customers customize their purchases with upgraded fabrics and leathers. 

No prior sales experience required. Do you have top level people skills and pay attention to details? We provide one-on-one training. You’ll earn $26.00 per hour guaranteed during your initial 120 days with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome each customer in a sincere and friendly manner.
• Listen carefully to the customer’s needs.
• Help customers find the best solutions utilizing our showroom and special-order options.
• Learn about our products through informative meetings with manufacturer representatives.
• Be able to inform customers of the products we sell.

Qualifications:

• Ability to listen and understand the customer’s needs.
• Succeed in a team environment, yet able to work independently.
• Ability to learn POS system and general computer programs (email, word processing)
• Able to be mobile on the showroom floor, frequently walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.
