We are seeking a Direct Support Professionals with a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience with LIVE-IN AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. We are looking for those who are enthusiastic and excited to make a difference in other people's lives.

Sign-On Bonus $600 ($300 at 250/hrs, $300 at 520/hrs)

Referral Bonus $700 (after your referral clears 520 hours).

Bi-Weekly Pay: $23-25/hr

You will be working with individuals who have developmental, physical, and emotional disabilities who need assistance with daily tasks in a group home setting.

This Direct Support Professional will help residents with recreational outings, shopping, community events, and appointments, as well as assist with activities of daily living. You must be able to lift 50 pounds.

OIS, Workday or iLearn are preferred, but training can be provided at lower rate.

Shifts: We are hiring for Salem, Keizer, Dallas, and Monmouth:

AVAILABLE OPENINGS: Full Time/Part Time - Live in and Weekends.

Compensation $23-$25 an hour with a great benefit package for full time work.

Requirements:

• Two professional references are required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must have at least 1 year of DSP experience
• Must have CPR/FA card/certificate
• Must have a current driver's license with a clean driving record

Direct Support Professional positions are temp-to-hire*

• Oregon Intervention Systems (OIS) certification (Preferred)
