This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted senior living operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary between $100,000 - $115,000 per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in the role of an Executive Director in Senior Living for Active Aging, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care communities.
• Must have or be able to obtain Oregon license.
• Knowledge of all relevant regulations and policies.
• Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff and staff-related tasks — including hiring, training, and conflict resolution
• Ensure quality care for all patients
• Facilitate communication with resident families
• Assure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
• Prepare, maintain, and implement operations budget
• Develop and carry out marketing strategies
