Shipping & Logistics Lead - Finished Goods

The Finished Goods Shipping lead is the last line of quality assurance before our products reach our customers. This role is responsible for the palletizing / crating, planning and documentation of all finished goods leaving the facility.

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc., is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of custom machine bases for vibration sensitive production tools used in the semiconductor fabrication process. We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Logistics Lead to join our production team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Create pallet/ crating plan for all upcoming shipments.
• Create schedule and ensure all needed pallets are built and ready.
• Work with Project Managers and QC to ensure all BOM’s are checked off and parts and quantities are correct before wrapping of finished goods.
• Create layout plans for trucks and ensure product can fit as needed.
• Work with Logistics Coordinator to ensure trucks are scheduled and requirements are relayed and all required paperwork is complete and ready.
• Work with Logistics Coordinator on storage of any products that need to be stored by Fulcrum until customer can receive goods.
• Ensure packing slips are created per pallet, are correct and placed on the pallet for install or customer to identify on arrival.

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years shipping / logistics in a manufacturing facility
• 1-2 years lead experience
• 3-4 years manufacturing experience
• Excellent written & verbal communications skills
• Impeccable work ethic
• Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
• Strongly detail oriented with outstanding organization and follow up/through skills
• Possess strong production planning and forecasting skills.
• Excellent capacity and asset management skills
• Willingness to teach and train others
