Our vision is to make tasty and healthy food and beverage more accessible to everyone. We are now operating at San Francisco Hayes valley and Stoneridge Shopping Center for fruit tea and bakery products, and we are on a mission to serve millions of customers globally by opening dozens of stores in the next few years. Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

Manage daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and local store demand planning

Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping

Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages

Utilize inventory management systems to complete receiving and shipping documentation as required; Daily data entry and use reporting tool to provide reports;

Monitor and reconcile inventory for multi warehouses and responsible for daily dispatch updates;

Occasionally help receive, unload freight, unpack, pack and deliver daily central kitchen / store fulfillments; manage outbound / Inbound shipments in a timely manner;

Occasionally work as back-up cargo van driver;

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Requirements

3 years relevant experience

Be able to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift boxes frequently weighing up to 50 pounds

Experience using project management software

Vendor management experience

Strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Bilingual (English & Mandarin) Preferred but not required
