We are looking for a Construction Data Analyst to join our team, working in a remote/home office !

• General knowledge of construction labour disciplines and labour forecasting,
• Excellent data input and management,
• Run reports in custom database applications (i.e., CRAFT),
• Ability/Proficiency to learn custom database applications (i.e., CRAFT),
• Assess and Ensure the completeness and accuracy of required system inputs,
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with each project site and track attendance,
• Document and Track AR’s to closure,
• Attention to detail,
• Ability to work on own initiative,
• Advanced excel skills / data analytics (Pivot tables, v-look-ups, data analysis, graphs, etc),
• Proficient computer and software skills (all MS Office applications, email, MS Teams, etc), and
• Ability to support and work across multiple sites and time zones (as required).

• Certified Database Administrator.
