SUMMARY: We are currently seeking an individual with strong leadership skills to step into the role of Branch Manager. This position will be accountable for achieving established corporate branch goals, including branch profitability, product quality and accuracy, staff productivity, scheduling efficiencies and the oversight of equipment and system performance and downtime. They will need to identify current and project the future state of the branch. As well as identify growth opportunities; both financially and operationally.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:

• Manage the branch from operations to sales and business development to maximize profitability.
• The Branch manager will be responsible for building the team as well as rolling out training and development strategies for their branch.
• Obtain and sustain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s processes and machinery.
• Develop working knowledge of continuous improvement, efficiency standards, and OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate with leadership and other key departments regarding project status updates, address current and forecast future industry challenges.
• Ownership of P&L including the composition/adherence to an operations budget and continue to execute within the parameters of those goals.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Highschool Diploma/GED required
• College Degree (Bachelor’s) preferred
• 3-5 years previous management experience preferred.
• 3-5 years Sales and Operations experience required
• Experience in the new home residential construction industry a plus
