Role Summary 

This position will be the primary support and lead of business development strategic initiatives, customer needs and trend communication, interdepartmental workflow, new customer onboarding, resource and tool development, deployment, and training. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. 
• 1-2 years of general sales, account service, and customer relationship development experience in the beverage, hospitality, agency or related fields.

Job Duties

• New Customer Acquisition and Onboarding: Support ongoing customer communication and development by leading internal project management - equipment recommendation, and requirements. 
• Customer Messaging and Engagement: Develop cadence and schedule for current customers and applicable business needs, and rollouts.
• Internal Business Development: Identify business workflow opportunities and lead solution development/collaboration and internal and customer adoption.
• Financial Review and Analysis: Support business review data review process and report development, business themes and key insights, ad hoc report requests.
