**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Responsible for providing administrative-level support across all WSA Retail Applications. The role will support GRIT (Global Retail IT Template) systems implementation & maintenance in local markets. (Our GRIT systems include: Dynamics CRM, TCM (Totalcare Clinic Management) POS, Business Central ERP, and Power BI analytics.

Plays a role to define, document, adopt & implement GRIT systems in local markets; supports local market from a Systems Administrator role within the GRIT Systems.

* Monitor Applications to ensure business processes are operating as expected; identify & resolve potential issues or escalate to IT as needed. Investigate/troubleshoot technical issues and suggest improvements to the applications.

* Collaborate with local business teams on high-level needs for GRIT Systems.

* Collaborate with local Training and IT Teams on System Releases and Technical Support.

* Collaborate closely with GRIT Development teams on new systems developments, user testing, and release of applications.

* Responsible for application testing due to both data and/or application changes (i.e. post-release production testing, project testing, infrastructure changes).

* Assist in the development and maintenance of technical and business process documentation and reference guides. Communicate any notes & supporting training information on any new releases of TCM/CRM/BC to local business teams.

* Setup and maintenance of Application Data, including users, store setup, providers, items, insurance plans & pricing, basic configuration management, etc. in TCM/CRM/BC.

* Provide support of setup and training on GRIT System (TCM/CRM/BC) during rollout of retail solutions to new acquisitions.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* 5 years

* Bachelors Degree in Business or Technology or commensurate work experience.

* Prior experience in the operations and sales process and how system configuration digitizes the consumer journey, ideally from a retail context.

* Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM, MS Business Central, Power BI, and TCM & Patient Management Systems with the ability to troubleshoot is ideal.

* Sound knowledge of standard store procedures, with ability to adhere to existing company administrative policies and procedures.

* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to maintain good public relations, both within and outside the organization.

* Attentiveness to detail.

* Able to use tact, discretion, and maintain information in the strictest of confidence.

* Responsible to work extended hours as needed, and/or as requested, to meet the job demands.

* Energetic & passionate personality--sees opportunities instead of obstacles; excellent team building skills; works well with Management.

* Excellent communication (spoken & written) in English; additional language(s) an asset.

* Travel Light: 1-10 days
