• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, immunology, immuno-oncology, oncology, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years or Master’s degree with 3 years of industry lab-based experience. Flexibility in title commensurate with experience.
• Ability to design, run, analyze, and troubleshoot 10 color flow cytometry panels.
• Experience working with primary human and mouse immune cells and diseased tissues.
• Competency in common molecular biology techniques, such as ELISA, nucleic acid extraction, qPCR, and western blotting.
• Experience with the growth and manipulation of mammalian cell lines.
• Working knowledge of cell-based in vitro assays.
• Experience with data analysis/visualization software (Excel, GraphPad Prism, FlowJo) and performing statistical analysis.
• Capable of developing and executing well-researched and controlled experimental protocols with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with technical report writing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required along with a solutions-based approach, flexibility, and the ability to focus and deliver on time-sensitive objectives.

This role is based at our Hayward, CA location. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position. The actual salary may vary based on various factors including, without limitation, individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, internal equity and alignment with market data.
