A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REFRIGERATION REPAIR AND INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

As a Refrigeration Repair and Installation Technician, your day begins with an assessment of scheduled appointments. Equipped with a company vehicle, you travel to clients' homes or businesses to perform installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on their systems. You diagnose and resolve issues efficiently to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.

Maintaining accurate records and clear communication with clients regarding system maintenance is key to your role. A team player at heart, you easily collaborate with your team members on complex projects when necessary. Each day, you leave with a sense of accomplishment with the knowledge you bring comfort into the homes of our amazing clients!

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

• 5 years of experience with a focus on refrigeration systems
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and principles
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting refrigeration issues
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Refrigeration certification (preferred)

SCHEDULE

This full-time position works 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. We offer both morning shifts and day shifts with on-call work as needed.
