Essential Duties and Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for all key performance indicators, implementing and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, recommending personnel adjustments and providing day to day direction in support of several functional areas of responsibility.
You will also review and monitor program/grant budgets, ensure allocations are properly tracked and expenses are eligible according to HUD guidelines. You will analyze data and trends within the Resident Empowerment and Special Programs. Utilizing this information, you will make recommendations to leadership and partners for budget revisions and process improvements. In addition, you will also assist in the development of the annual budget, establish community partnerships, and maintain ongoing communication and coordination with partners that serve residents.
Competencies and Qualifications Qualified candidates will have five years of experience in conducting and preparing complex analysis and reports and interpreting government regulations for assisted housing, with a minimum of one year in a lead or supervisory capacity and a Bachelor's Degree in social services, business or public administration, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also considered qualifying. This position also requires possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver's License.
