Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer information and transactions into databases and spreadsheets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Update and maintain customer records with accurate and current information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
