Job brief We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service Representative in the music industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate data entry for our growing customer base. Location: Jacksonville, FL Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests and concerns - Maintain customer records and update information as necessary - Process orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery - Collaborate with other team members to maintain customer satisfaction - Assist with product and service inquiries, upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Identify and suggest improvement opportunities to streamline operations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
