Job Description
The qualified candidate will perform common warehouse duties, including receiving, pulling, and inventory of stocked supplies as well as monthly deliveries. This is a full-time position M-F between the hours of 8:00 - 5:00. Occasionally, after hours and Saturdays may be required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS :
This is moderately active work which includes walking and standing for considerable lengths of time, as well as bending. Ability to drive to various locations in the DFW area is essential to this position.
The position requires a considerable amount of physical work. There is a two-person assist program and equipment available for moving the heavier items over 50 pounds.. The use of dollies or other equipment is mandatory while moving heavier items . There may be some potential exposure to chemicals and infectious materials.
Qualifications
EDUCATION :
High school or vocational diploma or G.E.D.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS :
Warehouse and delivery experience preferred .
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record and ability to transport equipment and supplies as needed.
Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check. TB and Hepatitis B tests will also be required.
Qualified applicants must be able to work an occasional Saturday and extended hours as needed.
Must be dependable and reliable.
