Role Description

You are an experienced, strategic divorce lawyer who believes in empowering clients to transform their lives.

This is a full-time senior role for a Family Law Attorney at Freed Marcroft Divorce and Family Law. As a Senior Family Law Attorney, your day-to-day tasks may include handling legal issues related to family law, preparing and filing motions, conducting depositions, and providing legal advice to clients. This is a hybrid role that is primarily located in Connecticut, United States, with the flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

  • Firm understanding of and experience in Connecticut Family Law
  • Strong divorce litigation background
  • Experience in preparing and filing Motions
  • Ability to conduct Depositions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong strategic negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Experience in ADR (negotiation, mediation, and/or collaborative ) a plus.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Connecticut law license in good standing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $186,000.00 per year
