Fraser is looking for a Mental Health Practitioner to provide clinical services to adolescents with mental health diagnoses. Serivces provided will include day treatment and outpatient skills development. The Mental Health Practitioner is responsible for the day treatment program for adolescent aged individuals, documentation, and group skills training. Hiring bonus available for external new hires!

Requirements:

• Must be qualified in at least of one the following ways:
  
  • Bachelor's degree and 2,000 hours of supervised clinical hours
  • Work experience only: 4,000 hours of supervised clinical hours
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record
• Experience with adolescent aged individuals with special needs highly preferred, not required
• Demonstrated respect for sensitivity to family and cultural differences
• Ability to accurately observe and document the behavior of children
• Effective communication in the English language
• Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.

Schedule and Pay:

• Full-time: Monday- Friday, 40 hours/week
  
  • Day treatment groups: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-6:00pm
• Location: Bloomington, MN
• Hybrid
• Pay: Starting at $43,000 with additional $750 hiring bonus for external hires
