To support this goal, we are hiring a Data Analyst at our Reading office to provide advanced level data analytics support for ourleadership team by creating reports, analyzing, and forecasting data toidentify organizational efficiencies.
EssentialResponsibilities and Tasks:
- Create tools, dashboards and reports to provide data to assist the Leadership team with running the business;
- Pull data from business systems (Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) and combine them into easy-to-use tools to provide visibility to the team on performance against KPIs;
- Use data to pinpoint root causes and opportunities for improvement;
- Conduct internal and external research, collect, and analyze data;
- Assist with creating slides for various presentations;
- Work with the Brenntag Excellence team and data analytics personnel in other geographical regions;
- Opportunity to obtain GreenBelt or Black Belt certification if desired (within 2-5 years).
