Job Summary:
Frank Kent Cadillac, a premier luxury car dealership in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking an Experienced Loan Car Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients by managing loan car operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage the loan car process from beginning to end, including coordinating with the service department and ensuring timely delivery and return of loan vehicles.
- Provide outstanding customer service by efficiently handling requests and inquiries related to loan car operations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of loan car usage, billing, and maintenance.
- Monitor and track loan car inventory, ensuring vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their loan car and any necessary updates.
- Collaborate with other dealership team members to ensure seamless customer service experience.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
- Represent the dealership in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the auto industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
