WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Assist patients with care and activities of daily living as directed in the established Plan of Care
- Communicate any change in condition or lack of patient progress.
- Complete necessary documentation of care provided. Records intake, output, and vital signs as directed and communicates care as appropriate.
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene and elimination needs according to the established plan of care.
- Schedule visits with the patient or caregiver.
- Assist patients with ambulation and transfer using proper body mechanics.
- High School Diploma/GED - Required
- 1 Year Long Term Care Setting - Preferred
- 1 Year Home Healthcare - Preferred
- 1 Year Hospice - Preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) OR Home Health Aide (HHA) - Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Required
- Auto Insurance - Required
- Driver's License - Required
