JOB DESCRIPTION The FOX Studio Lot is looking for a Cashier/Barista to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Make coffee using different types of espresso machines Make smoothies, acai bowls, juice drinks, and other juice bar items Assist in serving bakery items, and quick grab & go healthy eats Set up, stock, and maintain cleanliness in the café, juice bar, and other assigned areas Clean and maintain all the café/ juice bar equipment and small wares Hold strictly to current health & safety standards set in place by the LA Department of Health Tender dining cards and credit card transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment Bank reconciliation Enter catering & craft services sales orders into POS and closes out guest checks Take and process delivery & pickup orders Other duties or outlet positions, as assigned WHAT YOU WILL NEED Experience as a Barista/Cashier preferred, ideally in a Coffee Shop, Restaurant, Hotel, or similar Basic math skills and cash handling experience Strong customer service background Team player with a positive attitude Good communication skills Available to work overtime Ability to remain stationary for periods of up to three hours in length and be able to bend and stoop on occasion Ability to lift heavy objects NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER High school diploma or equivalent POS System experience We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $23.67-23.67 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
