Creole speaking community Liaison

Duties and Responsibilities:

Increasing patient referral flow to our agency by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.

communicate and interact with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area.

Market to and build relationships with a variety of referral resources to offer services across multiple patient populations.

Qualifications

Sales experience

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Reliable transportation, travel required

Bi-lingual preferred.
