FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE is looking for a professional and customer service-focused Service Drive Manager to join our CASTLE ROCK FORD dealership team. The Service Drive Manager position manages the day-to-day quick lane operations as well as the service advisor department to ensure services requested by the customer are met to performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a skill summary of the technician staff and make recommendations to service management regarding technical needs
• Schedule, assign, and supervise work with the objective of maximizing the balance of quality, productivity, and profit
• Demonstrate high level of product, technical knowledge and practical experience
• Meet regularly with team leaders, Service Manager/Director to report on shop production and review pending administrative matters
• Keep shop equipment in safe operating condition. Stay informed about new equipment available in the marketplace and be able to make objective recommendations regarding the purchase of such equipment
• Coordinate the maintenance of shop "cleanliness" in accordance with company standards and management directives
• Ensure service employees are following established safety protocols; ensure shop equipment in proper working condition: immediate reporting of safety incidents
• Meet customer service standards by achieving 'above district' customer service information "CS" scores

Requirements

• 3 years Experience in leadership and customer service preferred
• High School diploma or the equivalent
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
• Authorization to working the USA
