CFS has partnered with a well-respected, long-standing construction company located in Raleigh. Our client is seeking a full-time CFO to be a key member of the executive team and take on a strategic role in the growth and management of the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage all facets of Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology operations within the organization.

• Delivering prompt and precise analysis of financial performance, budgets, and trends.

• Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute strategic and operational business plans, initiatives, and systems.

• Contribute to the establishment and execution of both short-term and long-term business objectives, policies, and operational protocols in tandem with the executive team.

• Engage with business units to furnish assistance for their initiatives through insightful financial and managerial information analysis, reports, and recommendations.

• Uphold robust internal controls and ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant federal, state, and local regulatory statutes and regulations for financial and tax reporting. Background Expectations:

• BS/MBA in Finance or Accounting CPA highly preferred
• 10 years of progression through financial leadership roles mining and construction background preferred
