Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activitiesDesign and create engineering specifications for software programs and applications.Responsible for the development of new systems, research existing system and processes and provides design proposals and recommendations to management for increased efficiency.Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service.Assess, design and develop level of effort estimates.Lead technical teams in the development of mid to large size project development efforts.Work closely with business partners to develop technical solutions.Coordinate projects impacting more than one business unit.
