POSITION SUMMARY:
Serves as the leader of health and nutrition services within a program, guiding the health and wellness curricula, program planning, policy development and training. Contributes to program improvement through evaluation, self-assessment, and other program development efforts. Recruits, trains and supervises personnel.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position directly supervises others. This may include participation in the recruitment/selection process for new hires, employee training, onboarding, conducting performance coaching/evaluation, compensation administration, delegation of duties and conflict resolution.
