Responsibilities

• Perform all scheduling functions associated with assigned patients.
• Verify benefits
• Review financials with patients
• Schedule clinic appointments4
• Schedule sleep study appointments
• Schedule DME appointments
• Work on the point of contact for all patients assigned.
• Log all updated and patient information in Master Referral Log.
• Answer patient questions during and after care.
• Adjusts errors and complaints.
• May have to communicate or interact with, assess, or treat Sleep Safe, LLC's customers that may be: Pediatrics (1 - 17 years of age)Adults (18 - 64 years of age)· Seniors (65 years or greater)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• The ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with varying priorities, works well under pressure and within deadlines and gives great attention to detail.
• Proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Reading Comprehension. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents. The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing and type.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills. Self-reliant, results-oriented.
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, the board of directors, and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree (BA) preferred but not required
• Medical terminology experience
