Job Summary:
Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Part Time Outside Sales Representative in Hermiston, Oregon. This is a base plus commission sales job with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. This is a part-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers in the oil and gas industry, including fuel and lubricant distributors, commercial and industrial businesses, and agricultural businesses
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Manage a sales territory and develop a strategic plan to meet and exceed sales goals
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Utilize effective selling techniques, including product demonstrations and presentations, to promote and sell our products and services
- Collaborate with internal team members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Drive and determination to meet and exceed sales goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
