Job Description
- Conduct campus tours and highlight features and benefits related to prospect’s interest
- Greet and handle customer requests
- Call customers for follow up and receiving documents
- Assist with social media collateral
- Comply with all federal, state, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures
- Support NPTI faculty with filing, copying, class registration, and other administrative functions as needed
- Process and Collect student paperwork regularly
- Other duties as assigned
