We are seeking a new Monitoring Station Guard for our rapidly growing "Virtual Security Guard" service. Responsibilities

· Document guests arriving to gated community entrances

· Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences

· Grant or deny access into the community

· Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates

· Process guest/resident transactions in a timely manner

· Follow community protocols

· Skills

· Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols

· Surveillance skills and detail orientation

· Integrity and professionalism

· High school degree
