Description
In this role you will:
The Radiology Technologist is responsible for performing fluoroscopic intraoperative imaging during orthopaedic surgical and pain management procedures as requested by the physicians. Assists in: coordinating the scheduling fluoroscopic cases, providing staff with equipment required for safe practices as related to exposure, ensuring proper sterile procedures are followed, room turnover in preparation for cases that follow, and adherence to OSHA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assure compliance with all company plans, policies and procedures set forth by the Florida Orthopaedic Institute
• All other duties as assigned

About You

• A.S. or technical A.A. Degree in Radiology Technology Science and currently licensed to practice in the state of Florida as a Radiology Technologist
• Must display comprehensive and current knowledge of general radiology practice.
• Must have Fluoroscopic C-Arm experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of employment
