Agility Partners is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open UX Design Lead position for a prospering retail company, located in the Central Ohio area. This is an exciting opportunity to take this already striving business to new heights! This team is fairly new, due to this company recently breaking away from their longtime parent company, who was responsible for all things design. Here in this role, you will get the opportunity to be creative, and leave your mark on new designs, and be the foundation of taking control of an evolving web experience! Responsibilities will include the following:

* Create experience maps, user scenarios, comps, and flows

* Develop processes and approaches to solving design problems

* Coaching and mentoring UX Teammates

* Collaborate and work with cross-disciplinary teams

* Demonstrate experience executing design practices within Agile software development

* Use known methods and anticipate problems to strategize design solutions that meet and exceed business objectives

**The Ideal Candidate**

The ideal candidate will bring the following:

* 7 years of Design Experience

* 2 years as a Design Lead

* Strong and keen understanding of Design Development

* Familiarity with Agile Methodology preferred

* Proficient in using Design Software(s) such as: Figma, Envision, User Zoom Go, Miro, and Keynote
