Role and Responsibilities:

• 🛠️ Provide assistance during surgical procedures, ensuring aseptic technique and preparing required equipment and sterile supplies.
• 🔧 Skilled in all facets of operating room procedures, including setup, case pulling, and breakdown post-procedure.
• 📦 Manage instrumentation and supplies, demonstrating advanced knowledge in the scrub role for a variety of surgical specialties.
• 🔄 Participate actively in a multi-disciplinary team to provide top-notch surgical care.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians.
• ✅ Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• 🛑 Current CST Certification preferred; Registration as a Surgical Tech by Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) required.
• 🕒 Minimum one year experience in a surgical tech role, with advanced knowledge in major surgical specialties.

Current Openings:

• 1 Service Line Lead Tech: Requires 5 years of experience, including 2 years in Ortho.
• 1 Neuro Surgical Tech: Must have experience in neurosurgical procedures.
• 2 Surgical Tech III: Must be certified with at least 1 year of experience.
