UPM Raflatac is continuously looking for Machine Operators who will be responsible for operating coating and/or slitting machines and preparing products for shipment to customers. This role is located in Dixon, Illinois .

What you will do:

• Promote and support behaviors consistent with our Safety Principles.
• Responsible for overall operation of production machine.
• Closely monitor product quality, assuring first quality material shipped to customers.
• Report machine breakdowns/faults, possible quality defects and other process disturbances to supervisor.
• Coordinate with supervisor and production planning to optimize the material/order flow.
• Assure adequate operating supplies and informing purchasing of any shortages.
• Other tasks as specified by the Quality Management System.
