Job Description
FJ Management West is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DMV Title Clerk. The DMV Clerk is responsible for processing and filing paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle for vehicles sold.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registration, titles and transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and maintain accurate records of DMV-related activity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of paperwork.
- Stay up-to-date with DMV regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Monitor DMV schedule and follow up as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a DMV Clerk or in a similar dealership role required
- Strong knowledge of DMV regulations and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
