What you'll do

• Routinely interface with product management, UX, and OEM stakeholders to ensure planned work aligns with customer expectations
• Leverage your talent to solve challenging problems and competing priorities in a fast past environment
• Help enhance current practices, policies, and partnerships to mature project execution capabilities
• Manage issues, escalating as appropriate, and work with internal teams to identify and remove impediments.
• Develop routine project reports assessing results, metrics, testing, and risks
• Exceed customer expectations every time

what you'll need

• 5 years project execution experience leveraging multiple methodologies (waterfall, TDD, Agile, etc..)
• Experience delivering software products in a B2B environment
• Familiarity with lean principles, DFSS, root cause analysis, and process management
• Experience working in an international environment with diverse teams
• Experience using leadership skills in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
• Previous automotive, SaaS, or location technology experience a plus
• Top-notch written and verbal English communication skills
