Position Summary

Process all DTC internet orders daily. This consist of downloading, printing, and getting them ready to ship with a UPS label. This person will be the contact for any customer service issues and will stay on top of inventory quantities. This person will establish a relationship with customer to fulfill their needs.

Essential Functions

• Will be responsible to download and print orders from a third-party company (Commerce Hub) daily.

• Will be responsible to use, update and follow procedures on JDE, Commerce Hub and UPS system.

• Will be responsible to maintain extensive communication with warehouse clerk to ask for product for materials.

• Will be responsible to pack, wrap and ship customer orders for shipping on UPS Terminal.

• Must be able to confirm orders for shipping in Commerce Hub.

• Must be able to update shipping orders and confirm orders are complete in JDE.

• Must be able to maintain inventory control of the customers’ orders.

• Will be responsible to always maintain excellent customer service with our customers, provide general inquiries, tracking confirmation on customers’ orders.

• Must be able to file, organize and maintain customer’s orders.

• Wil be responsible to enter extensive data entry.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education/Experience)

• High School Diploma or GED Required.

• Must be able to proficiently speak, write and read English (Bilingual preferred).

• Must be able to type 45 WPM. • Good time management skills – able to meet deadlines.

• Experience in JDP, Commerce Hub and UPS software preferred.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good communication skills.

• 2 years of experience in customer service.

• Must have experience working with ERP systems and tools, such as SAP, and forklift experience.
