Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Marketing – Retention is responsible for creating and driving strategic plans and executing system-wide marketing efforts designed to drive long-term client and member retention. The role requires big-picture brand/channel-marketing thinking as well as sharp analytical thinking to drive decision making and optimization of marketing activities. The Director of Marketing - Retention will report to the SVP of Marketing, joining and collaborating with a small but passionate team with a drive for results. This candidate spearheads all marketing retention efforts for the brand and will also work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure flawless execution of the Boardroom marketing vision internally and externally.
