**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to be involved in building the business from the ground up. You will help to not only develop the customer base to increase sales for the company, but also be a part of the team that builds the MissQuito brand as the preferred mosquito mitigation company in Georgia. Just as important, we want you to HAVE FUN!!
****PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:****
* Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and following up on currently assigned leads
* Build long lasting customer relationships, and partnerships within the community
* Schedule sales appointments with customers to engage them in the pest mitigation process by thoroughly explaining our services and the expectations of the procedures to be applied
* Perform inspections on the customers property to determine the best integrated pest management strategy to address their mosquito concerns
* Effectively answer any questions and provide thorough details to customers, and complete all service-related documentation upon completion of visit at residence
* Assist in developing marketing materials to help build the MissQuito brand
* Participate in regular management meetings to communicate sales goals and plans for growth
* Other activities that increase the overall customer experience! (Ensure the delivery of world-class customer service by delivering on promises or services to our customers)
****WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:****
* 2-3 years of previous outside sales experience, including generating leads
* High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates degree or higher preferred
* Previous pest control experience a plus
* Pest Control Applicator license for the state of GA preferred, but not required
**OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF:**
* Background Check screening and drug test required
* Valid Drivers license with a good driving record
* Meet the physical job requirements, and safely perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodations
* Travel required within the state of GA
