SPRING/SUMMER Training Start Date begins April 15th. A prior start date needs hiring manager approval. We are offering Full-time and Part-Time positions with AM, PM, Weekend shift and Holiday flexibility being a requirement.

Starting WAGES:

Support Staff Wage (Busser, Host, Food Runner, Expo) = $14.42 plus a 4% tip out program

Server/Bartender Wage = $11.44 plus tip out program

Line Cooks & Prep Cooks = $18 starting wage plus a 2.5% food sales tip out

Banquet Staff = $16 starting wage plus 25% tip out of service charge

Requirements:

* Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous, and genuine hospitality.

* Graciously greets all guests upon arrival with a friendly and great attitude.

* Understands the hotel and restaurant property, services, and hotel amenities as well as the resources to direct guests properly.

* Understands the basic layout and function of a working kitchen and front of house service industry.

* Can answer the phone, use computer systems, take reservations, provide room service when needed.

* Cleans up after themselves and helps maintain the safety, cleanliness, and over all function of work space. Maintains all assigned food production service areas in an orderly manner in compliance with sanitation and health regulations.

* Is respectful to other guests and team members at all times.

* Completes opening and closing side work and any additional tacks given my lead, supervisor or manager.

* Provides quick and attentive assistance in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.

* Can lift at least 40 lbs and ability to move throughout the facility with no issues.

* Clears tables as needed. Resets with proper linen, dishes, utensils and glassware.

* Must be friendly and professional, with attention to service and detail

* Must be poised and courteous with excellent communication skills.

* Able to work early mornings, nights, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and the summer months.

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Willingness to work in a fast paced and physically active work environment.

* Ability to stay positive in the work environment and be a team player!
