• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred (but not required)
• Flexibility to transition between our Melrose, Wilmington and Woburn offices as needed
• Authorization to work in the United States (required)
• A proactive problem solver who can strategically manage patient schedules and be flexible to accommodate last-minute changes
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor towards both patients and staff
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with other PTs on a daily basis
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, efficiently handling patient business operations
