Established in 2023, Pilatesville is dedicated to helping our clients achieve a sense of balance and harmony in their lives through personalized Pilates instruction. Our goal is to provide a transformative and empowering experience that helps our clients build strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. We are professional, creative and collaborative.

We're seeking certified Pilates instructors who are committed to providing high-quality, personalized instruction to our clients. At our studio, we believe in creating a supportive and welcoming community that encourages personal growth and self-improvement. We offer private, semi-private, and small group classes using our fully equipped studio, which includes studio Reformers, Cadillacs, Pilates Chairs, Ladder Barrel, Gyrotonic Tower, CoreAlign etc. Both Full time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized instruction to clients in various format (intro, group apparatus, private/semi-private training)
• Actively engage with clients and build strong, supportive relationships that help them achieve their health and fitness goals
• Create a safe, effective and creative class experience
• Maintain a clean and safe studio environment, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and used
• Communicate effectively with clients about their progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
• Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure that the studio runs smoothly and efficiently
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continue growing and improving as an instructor
• Uphold the values and culture of our studio, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $95.00 per hour
