The Sales Manager is accountable for all facets of the sales and marketing processes for all sales representatives:

• Monitor CRM (tablet) usage, (call log, stock orders, call content,account assignment)
• Ensure Car Care Enrollments / Voucher Redemptions are processed in a timely manner
• Train new hires, existing, & incoming (special project) team members on making quality calls, duties / expectations, & accessing information
• Organize & implement market specific Sales Blitzes & local promotions.
• Assist AVP, Regional & Sales managers with hiring, training, P10marketing, other needs
• Distribute information for promotion on product & equipment 
• Encourage & ensure participation in Corporate initiatives & promotions
• Conduct Quarterly Sales meetings
• Organize Technical Training Clinics for Installer Customer Base
• Assist with installer product changeover procedures
• Ensure team compliance on assigned vehicle maintenance, mileage reporting, & Corporate (Safety Amp) training
• Knowledge on competitor programs & pricing.
• Rebating & National Account enrollment processes & procedures
• Handling / Reporting Manufacturer Product, Warranty, & Customer concerns / recommendations
