1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, or related field required. MBA or Master's in Informatics or IS Management is preferred. 

2. Miimum of 10 years of functional experience in the clinical IT areas like EPIC,EMR, PACS and Laboratory Information Systems. 

3. Minimum of five years of experience facilitating the development and implementation o business initiatves and projects. 

4. Consulting experience working with clinical customers is highly preferred.

5. Excellent communication skills across all levels; ability to communicte complex concepts to executive staff, business sponsors ad tecnicals resources in clear, concise language tha is the parlance of each group.

6. Strong customer management and negotiation skills and the ability to mediate oppsing viewpoints and articulate the advantages of a technology solution.

7. Strategi thinking: Ability to map joint organization vision and long-term thinking, imagination and idea genertion.

8. Strong financial acumen: Demonstrates strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

9. Ability to depict technical information conceptually,logically and phyically.

10. Ability to work comfortably in varying levels of abstraction across business strategy and IT strategy. 

11. Ability to function effectively under pressure in environments of rapid change and conflicting demands and crisis management. 

12. Working knowlledge of regulatory, privacy and compliance requirements. 

13. Ability to focus on business value results instead of solution.

14. Ability to positiely influence others and to break down organizatinal silos.
